Eli Garner
Thomas Elijah “Eli” Garner is from Hillsborough, NC. He played soccer at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill for one year before transferring and playing for the University of North Carolina at Greensboro for one year. After his collegic stint, Garner signed with the Dayton Dutch Lions of the USL. He stayed with the Dutch Lions for two years before signing with the the Orange County Blues FC where he played one season. In 2015 he was traded to the Richmond Kickers, where he played one season. Over his career in the USL he tallied 15 goals and six assists.
Garner appeared in 12 games for TRFC last season, scoring four goals and one assist in 892 minutes. Garner tallied two goals and one assist in a 4-2 road win at Myrtle Beach Mutiny on June 3, 2017.
